D/W, W/D and Ice makers in every unit, detached garages, gym, pool/hot tub, community garden, bark park, Bear Creek trail access.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes, 2 pets max, Jefferson County Breed Restrictions, $300 deposit, $35 monthly.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
6 to 12 months if available.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
You can schedule a tour by giving us a call or using the links on our website and profiles on our affiliate websites.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
To start the application process just go to our website and click Apply Now. We require 2x's the quoted rent in Gross Monthly income. Application Fee's are $48.50, $53.15 with the service fee, per person over the age of 18 that would be associated with the lease.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes we partner with ParkM it's $8.00 a month to register your car or $2.00 for guests.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities included, residents pay Xcel energy for the electric and gas usage and we have a 3rd party company bill for water, sewer and trash.
What schools serve the community?
Jefferson County School District Westgate Elementary, Carmody Middle School and Bear Creek H.S.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
The Crossings at Bear Creek offers easy access to RTD bus service along Kipling Pkwy and is just a short drive from the Lakewood–Wadsworth Light Rail Station (W Line). Major highways including Wadsworth Blvd, Kipling Pkwy, US 285, and C 470 are close by, making commuting throughout Lakewood and Denver convenient.
